Site Acquisition Specialist
This position is responsible for locating real estate for new tower and rooftop antenna sites, as well as, negotiating lease agreements. A Site Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for the negotiation of lease modifications at existing sites. Additional responsibilities include design coordination with radio frequency engineers, architecture and engineering firms, construction managers, and property owners to ensure that the cell site meets all requirements for project completion.
Zoning Specialist
This position is responsible for preparing and overseeing the entire zoning and permitting process for each site. Specific responsibilities include the assessment of appropriate zoning codes and regulations, the submission of zoning applications on behalf of individual wireless carriers and tower owners, and representing those clients at community meetings and public hearings. Additionally, Zoning Specialists are responsible for gaining the appropriate building permit approvals in order to construct a site.
Project Manager
This position is responsible for managing personnel and resources for all phases of the build plan. Specific responsibilities include feasibility, site selection, leasing, zoning, and construction of telecommunication facilities. The Project Manager will report directly to the client and provide the overall direction and leadership to each team member on the project.
Construction Manager
Manages all aspects of site construction/modification from inception to completion. The position requires excellent computer and communication skills. A successful candidate must be able to coordinate with project managers, site acquisition, property owners, subcontractors, architects, engineers, utilities, and vendors. A Bachelor’s Degree and/or wireless industry experience are preferred.
A&L Crew Foreman
Oversees and directs all aspects of on-site construction, installation, and maintenance. Excellent leadership, communication, computer and coordination skills are required. Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of field service in the wireless telecommunications industry. A valid driver’s license, OSHA10 (OSHA30 preferred), Comtrain, Anritsu and PIM certifications are required.
A&L Crew Member
Must be a team player. General knowledge of construction/tools is required. Wireless industry experience and current certifications of First Aid, CPR, OSHA, and ComTrain are strongly preferred. All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
